How we got here

We didn't start with a business plan. We started by building something no one in Italy had built yet.

2021

Gral.app

We launched Gral.app — the first GPT-powered consumer webapp in the Italian market. Within three weeks, 30,000 active users were on the platform. It was free, it had no revenue model, but it proved something: the demand for AI wasn't theoretical. We shut it down and pivoted — because we saw where AI could actually drive enterprise value.

2022-2025

First in Italy

We built the first AI-generated avatars in Italy. The first AI voice agents — full AI call centers handling real conversations. And multiple other AI software platforms, each solving a different business problem. We weren't following a playbook. We were writing it.

Enterprise AI

GRAL is now an enterprise AI company. Our platforms — Cognity, Sentara, Emittra — and our services power real businesses with real operations. We build the infrastructure that turns companies into technology companies. Every product we sell, we run ourselves first.
