Fabrica

We build what enterprises thought impossible.

Fabrica is GRAL's custom engineering division: one senior team that designs, builds, and runs complete systems, from AI to firmware to cloud.

A new breed of tech partner.

AI-native from day one

The big firms are retrofitting AI onto processes designed thirty years ago. We were born here: every system we ship is designed around what AI makes possible today.

Boutique, not bodies for hire

No armies of juniors billed by the hour. Small senior teams, the same people from the first call to production, measured on outcomes — not on time spent in meetings.

We build for ourselves too

The same hands that work on client systems build our own portfolio of products and platforms, run like a fund, not like brochure references.

Enterprise standards, startup speed

The agility of a small team with the standards of a platform company: security, documentation, and monitoring on everything we deliver.

Engage Fabrica, gain a CTO.

Every Fabrica engagement includes what most companies are missing: someone senior who owns the technical direction. While the system takes shape, we act as your fractional CTO: technology choices, vendor negotiations, hiring support, and a roadmap that survives contact with the budget. You get the judgment of a technology leadership team without the executive salary.

What we build.

Six areas, one way of working. Choose yours.

Production, or it isn't done.

A Fabrica engagement does not end with a deck or a demo. It ends when the system runs in production, inside your operations, with your people using it.

One team, no handoffs

The people who understand your problem are the people who build the system, from the first conversation to the day it goes live.

The code is yours

Full ownership of source code and IP, on a vendor-neutral stack. No lock-in, no license that holds your infrastructure hostage.

Fixed scope, milestone payments

You approve a concrete scope, timeline, and price before we start. You pay on delivered milestones, not on hours.

It works where it matters

Tested, monitored, documented, and running on real data. If it is not in production, our job is not finished.

Master architect completing the dome, a system built to last

We build it, we run it, we hand it over.

No project ends at the demo. Value has to survive after we step back.

Operate

We keep it healthy: monitoring, optimization, incident response, and monthly reporting, backed by SLAs.

Handover

Documentation, runbooks, and training until your team owns it completely. Support stays available, dependence does not.

Questions we hear before every project

How much does a Fabrica project cost?

Every system is scoped individually: you receive a concrete plan with a fixed price and timeline before any commitment. You pay on delivered milestones, and the first conversation costs nothing.

What does the production guarantee mean in practice?

The engagement is scoped to end with a system running in production: deployed on real infrastructure, tested on real data, monitored, and documented. A demo or a report is never the final deliverable.

Who owns the code afterwards?

You do. Source code, infrastructure configuration, and documentation are yours, built on a vendor-neutral stack. If we operate the system for you, that is a service you can end, not a dependency you cannot escape.

Can you work with our internal IT team?

Yes, and we prefer it. Your team knows the business; we bring the engineering depth. We integrate with existing systems and transfer knowledge throughout, so what we build keeps living after the handover.

Tell us what you're building.

We'll review your requirements and come back with a concrete scope, timeline, and price. No generic proposals.
